  • No problem — They can bring a high-quality battery-powered speaker system for outdoor or off-grid locations.

  • Yes — a wireless microphone can be included ($50) with every booking for your speeches and formalities.

  • Definitely. He regularly performs throughout QLD and interstate — even internationally! — travel costs may apply depending on location.

  • For bookings over 2 hours, we do ask for a meal per musician. It keeps the team fuelled and ready to give you their best all night.

  • All of our equipment is high-end and sensitive to weather, so we’ll need a sheltered space for every performance. We recommend chatting with your venue about their wet weather plan to make sure we’re covered (literally).

  • Yes — as long as we allow about 30 minutes to reset between locations. We’ll plan this with your schedule so everything runs smoothly.

  • The team generally arrives around 1 hour before guest arrival for setup and soundcheck.

    • We’ll hold your date for up to 7 days after enquiry

    • A 20% non-refundable deposit secures the booking

    • Final balance is due 1 month before your event

    • If you cancel after final payment, additional fees may apply

  • Unfortunately this is possible — but very unlikely, if it ever does, we’ll take care of finding a professional replacement from our trusted network to make sure you’re covered.
